All the specialized skills which people boast of here are nothing but training. Of course there are born specialists who can accomplish the same jobs with their out of the box thinking but they form barely 10% of the work for e and every one else have been trained to do their job.

100% agree, those idiots who dont know difference between H1 extension vs Green card have no understanding about how legal process can be delayed for ages

last time we were this close was in 2013 during comprehensive and immigration reform bill, Gobama badcow killed it for sake of illegals

H1 is not guaranteed, GC is guranteed even if you are out of country as long as its not been withdrawn
