his facts are not so right..

for instance he said NY has 1 br starting from 2k$, which is not true, he might be talking to a specific county or city,

there are a whole lot of remote places in NY where rents start from 1k for 1 br, but the guy in the video said NY has starting rent for 1 br is 2k$ which is not true. 

in the video he also said, most of the states does not have state tax, thats a very wrong statement, most of the states do have state tax, only  few of them are state tax free like TX, NV, SD, WA, WY, TN, NH, AK, FL.

Do not post videos that mis-guide people. This is so not cool.
