tacobell fan Posted July 15, 2020 Report Posted July 15, 2020 Individual states and school districts are still grappling with how to handle the reopening of schools this coming fall in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. On Tuesday, Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina announced that his state's schools would reopen under a "Plan B," which includes a mix of remote and in-person instruction. He also granted each district the option of adopting a "Plan C," which would dictate that all instruction is remote. Quote
