Excellent idea as long as there are Visas not involved.

Great to set some flat admin fee for operational expenses and pass on the rest to the consultant/partner.

Consultant/partner will be responsible for all costs associated with him including

  • Benefits - Tax saving options like 401k, health plan etc.. 100%. paid by employee.
  • Marketing - Not everyone needs marketing help, in that case why will they pay for marketing guy.
  • Payroll expenses -since everyone's pay is not the same and payroll expenses vary as well.

Intersting Idea.

sounds good on paper... you should pursue this thought and write down pros and cons.

and do surverys on those challenges  with H1b people and see what their priorities and opinions are.

In case if a candidate lost his job within 6months or so and athani daggra antha money lekapothe vere ppl money ni loan thesukovachu and job vachaka thana salary nunchi repay cheyochu.

Company can maintain some reserve cash by deducting fixed amount per employee per month and use that to help cases where an h1b lost job and is on bench by running payroll. If reserve cash exceeds the intended reserve amount, pay it off to all employees as bonus based on # of months they contributed towards reserves.

It’s not easy.. initially it will be fine but later it will be too much drama as lot of ppl want to have their say! Then it will convert to consultancy drama

Perfect idea bro..implemented this few years ago.. few friends had EGO issues now they r left .. headcount came down to single digit..

Even visa involved what’s the problem? A falthu mesthri maintaining it. Why not group of skilled individual employees in a cooperative company/org setup?

who ever is owner of the company they cannot sponsor themselves .. so ikkada oka GC or citizen kaavali ... 

company aa GC/USC lo pedithe .. he will take his own decisions ..
