With a Ph.D and under 30 years Of age with 3 or more years of world experience with education master’s in Canada and experience in Canada , who is married and can read write and speak English well will get the maximum points and assured residency... US attracts the best based on talent, reforming current immigration system by removing some flaws would be better than introducing point based system copying canada, australia and sh1tholes not everyone does need a masters degree but they can be great innovators, US will miss them out in merit Quote
