Back from past when KCR proposed to reconstruct Osmania. Opposition parties and heritage activists  filed PIL in High court and HC struck down Government plans on heritage grounds and it is well documented. KCR is waiting for the structure to fall by itself to shut the heritage activists (not just KCR may be since YSR/CBN they didn’t take any maintainace works to just let structure fall  for the courts and activists  give in) so that at some point government will reconstruct osmania.

Adi not categorized under heritage structure. One G block partially fell and unoccupied (130 old structure), migatavi about 30 years old. They also filed PIL but under different reasoning but HC turned it down.

at the sametime court upheld the proposed assembly at erramanzil which is a heritage structure

Heritage norms and green tribunal norms are rather strict. At that point it is not a political issue but fought through courts with various activists groups. For example medha patkar single handely stopped narmada sarovar dam for 40 years through litigations

Court lo case esthe qgipovalsinde bro but the problem is laksha kotla budget only 3 or 4 govt hospitals crazy

Ipatiki Osmania Place lo new structure vuntunde...a modern hospital with modern facilities and perhaps Covid Time ki baaga panikostunde...

You are conveniently discounting the amount governments are spending on health schemes like arogyasri, kcr kits season diseases etc.

the zeal to run them on par with private hospitals also should come with public participation also. As long as the government Hosiptals handle their operations as a charity business nobody can reform them. Governments hospitals too should nominally charge patients (arogyasri or health insurance should pay hospitals like they do for private hospitals ), in such a way we can bring some money to the hospitals for their worth and make them self sufficient rather begging governments time and again
