There is a program called "Yoga With Modi" on hotstar, I do that entire series once a day for 1 hour in the early hours of morning. I am lean and fit and was like that without much bolidy changes since my intermediate(10+2) days(I am saying this because I meant to say I dont check my weight, BMR etc since my weight did not vary much in the last 20 yrs).

I eat a granola bar in the morning, another granola bar during lunch. I drink either Gatorade or home-made lime soda (basically add lime, salt and cumin powder to plain sparkling water) in between. I eat dinner after work. I don't usually feel hungry because I am running around at work.

If you are planning to lose weight, do not consume Gatorade, it has more sugars than coke or pepsi. Please check the sugars label.

my BMI is good enough ... im 6 feet tall with 71.5 kg weight... I do a lot of cardio by playing sports and sometimes HIIT...  peddhaga kandalu penchey exercise lu em cheyya

I want to keep my weight constant but lose some fat and gain muscle... emanna tips unte cheppandi

Nenu 3 times manchi sushruga eating + evenings apple and orange kuda eating.

Morning 1 hour walk chestunna for the last 3 days
