There is a program called "Yoga With Modi" on hotstar, I do that entire series once a day for 1 hour in the early hours of morning. I am lean and fit and was like that without much bolidy changes since my intermediate(10+2) days(I am saying this because I meant to say I dont check my weight, BMR etc since my weight did not vary much in the last 20 yrs). I drink either Gatorade or home-made lime soda (basically add lime, salt and cumin powder to plain sparkling water) in between. I eat dinner after work. I don't usually feel hungry because I am running around at work. 1 Quote
