ask your homeless friend to go get a JOB. Already has a job? Well, ask him to go get a SECOND job and a THIRD job and work 18 hours a day - instead of begging online! That’s what many low wage workers do - work a second job and a third job - for 7 days a week!! Most of these poor low wage workers cannot even spend time with their own kids - by the time the kid is up, dad is gone to work, by the time dad returns from work, the kid is asleep.
