Recently consulates made it very clear..it all depends on local conditions..

 

Hyderbad situation out of control.. almost every big town in India same story..our Indian health care is exposed 

 

People have to revolt..

Because govenrments swallow lot of money in health care and education sector..

Heard some one got their h4 stamped in Delhi consulate.. looks like you need to reach out to them and explain why you need a visa
