Thats not true bro why? 200k in calif house rent = 2500 = 30K 120K in NJ house rent = 1500 = 18k so only 12k diff?? Tax Nj 7.5% and Cal 9% upto 300k. 1% is nothing So rest all is your life style But calf life is muhc better without winter not sure why nj nyc are hub for buisness florida is much better though.
