Kani migitha cities kante 80k salary ekkuva antey too much pay man.... I know lot of people leading decent life with 120k in Orange County and SamDiego California so 200k in Bay Area doesn’t justify ... its still a lot Quote

Tax Nj 7.5% and Cal 9% upto 300k. 1% is nothing So rest all is your life style But calf life is muhc better without winter not sure why nj nyc are hub for buisness florida is much better though. https://www.bestplaces.net/compare-cities/alpharetta_ga/cupertino_ca/costofliving https://www.bestplaces.net/cost-of-living/dallas-tx/cupertino-ca/80000 Not true. In January I was offered a job that pays me around 200k in Cupertino. When I compared the cost of living in both the places I realized 140k I am making in Alpharetta is much better. Remember someone making 140k in Alpharetta or 200k in Cupertino will want to live in a house, not apartments.. Quote

No state tax in Dallas. Almost 10% in California. When you compare apples to apples you will save less money in Bay Area and you need to save a lot more to buy a house compared to Atlanta or Dallas. Plenty of people are moving from California to Texas, Atlanta, NC for the same for the same reason. Quote
