India EB2: Moved ahead by 0 days  and stayed at 2009 July 8th 

India EB3: Moved ahead by 4 Months to 2009 Oct 1st 

 

I 485 filing:

 

EB1: Moved ahead by 11 months 

EB2: No Movement 

EB3: No Movement

China moved significantly this month. Not sure why EB2 did not move at all. 

 

EB3 India is ahead of EB2. If the trend continues, may be there will be more downgrades down the lane
