I agree modi is not the root cause , its entire north indian thinking of superiority , they will not treat non Hindi speakers same . Our state leaders also treat the tribals as the lowest.

We can't generalize like this bro. I lived in North India for 10+ years. Not even once i felt discriminated for being a south Indian. Yes, some superiority complex is there in them. But its not in all. 

We find such people everywhere. Tamilians lo chala mandiki valle goppa ani chala high feeling. AP lo mana caste goppa ani anukune vallu untaru.. alane North lo some people have this feeling.
