You don’t need employment letter from employer... you can get it from your colleague who worked at the same company... paying money to get an employment letter is a bullshit....

you don't have to.. dates current ayyaka chesukovachu... Ne patha employer company ethesthe then you may have to start the process...

Yes you can do that and make sure you list all your duties and skills on a letter... 

everything else remains the same except letter head and it works
