Pro - He has got full land area... So can build Hospital with more beds, functional

Cons - 

Scam on this project - Govt proj scams lekunda avvadhu - every one know

OGH served its purpose and being a hospital the sewerage and sewerage treatment plant might be lacking for effluents discharging from the size of OGH. Mainly it serves the whole of old city with higher percentage of poor people and definitely needs a massive public health center. Relocation is meaningless if not done within the visinity. 
 

we have Gandhi, NIMS, AIMS and the newly opened TIMs serving or will serve all corners of the city. All these are modern facilities build within last decade(except NIMs) or so. OGH needs an upgrade to regain its status as the number public health center in the state

Before state bifurcation  Eamcet lo Osmania seat vachina kuda.. medical cert was under NTR Univ, vijayawada...
