What should I do? I love my husband (F)

I am in the states since 3 years and few months back I shifted to a house with one of my old colleague who is Chinese.He is really very nice and kind hearted. We always stayed in our own rooms and would not interact much due to work load and office timings. Recently due to lockdown we are chating a lot everyday and during one such conversation he kissed me by mistake and I couldn't resist due to extra drinks probably.We made out that day and he was really sorry. But it's continuing everyday now. We have been sleeping together every night since a month and had very good moments together. I am now feeling bad because my husband is living alone in India.We are married for 8 years but don't have any child.We had tried earlier but failed. I think I will get pregnant with this guy as we have been doing without protection till now. I am worried and want to go back to India but now this guy wants to marry me and make me a citizen here. What should I do? I love my husband but he never cares about me and wants me to stay in US so that all his home loans are paid off.Sometines I feel like being used."
