around 1.5m voters, and around 60% of them vote.. in a pool of about 140m voters... may be more this time because a lot of democrats are gonna come out to vote, and Trump bhajan lals will also come out.

so less than 0.75%... but they can make difference in states like michigan and wisconsin that HIllary lost narrowly.
