install venmo or paypal and exchange funds there. Make sure paypal lo you get money as "friends and family" mode not goods and services

If you are gaining a profit , you are supposed to report in your taxes . 

 Thousand lopalu no one cares , but if you do gain substantial profit you are supposed to report it to IRS.

yes you need to pay taxes, dont get cash in this corona situation 

there are lot of people who will buy it, once you ship it they will pay u.....i think thats a better option 

 

PS: make sure you disclose this sale in your tax returns
