I read the entire package 

The total cost to govt is around 2-3l cr

Infact those are peanuts

benefits are given to companies

More over I see in india we need not  to give benefits to companies as they have lot of money

But some 

Need money benefits etc

Such as atlas cycles Airtel

Etc 

When people have money they spend 

The economy grows

In order to lower costs 

companies 

They  have to innovate not

Like reducing taxes

These are policies needed for India

But for our legislature needs gomutra for economy.
