If you want to know the truth and reality, but  a BP kit, preferably mercury one for accurate results. Just sit relax and test your BP. It could be 120/80 or plus or mins 10 here and there. Then wear a mask continuously for 30 mins or so and go out, do not remove the mask, any mask for that matter, cloth mask, valve mask, kercheif , towel, napkin, N95, N96, N97 etc., any covering to nose. Come back after 30 mins and check your BP immeditely, you'll see +20 hg surge in BP.

Inka High BP patients lets say regular ga 140, 150 unnavaallaku, who are already on BP medication vallaku 170, 180 ayithe inka emuntadhi. . .
