People who aspire for civils from childhood doesn't get into engineering and medicine. they take up some easy degrees and utilize spare time on civils preparation.

i know a doctor  ,he tried for civils after mbbs..he is from osmania medical college ..his state eamcet rank was 31 . But he has given one attempt for civils n failed whereas all his classmates were preparing for medical  PG entrance .now that guy left to USA..cracked USMLE and working as neurologist in Newyork

First point Engineering or medicine lo vunde subjects ki scoring chances takkuva civils lo and same with literature too. Adhe anthropology, psycology, public administration, geography, history ala ithe scoring baagaa vastundhi. 

so engg or medicine batch civils prepare avvali ante malli vere subjects pick chesukovali and hard work cheyyali or multiple tries ki ready gaa vundaali. antha hardwork chese vallu ithe already private sector lo valla degree chesina field lo ne manchi job offers vastayi gurantee gaa so malli complete change avvadam ani kontha mandhi lite teesukuntaaru.
