All you need is cash and form with finger prints form ,32A  Not sure about TG

If you are applying loan, the bank representative will provide all necessary documents. You need to have NRO account and assign power off attorney to someone who can register than land.

okka form untundi,, you need to have your photo attached to it, finger print it and send

rest you can send scanned copies

okay . no need of any other things like power of attorney etc ? i think loan teeskunte undali emo kada ?

scanned but ne sign vundali dani meda below and you should not fax post it through fedx or DHL Paan, Passport, Adhar  are Manditory  nice to have voter card

AP state just download the form put your picture and do a black ink  in thumb impression and send all your documnet copies , adhar , passport , pan card 

If possible give original adar . Dont forget Black ink pad thumb impression . You can but it from staples

Same process in Telangana as well. I did it by signing and fingerprinting 32A form.

sure bro thanks .  few doubts 

1. Form 32A lo 4 finger prints unay , annitlo nadey pettala leka only on the first one ?

2. Permanent postal address : us or india address ? 

3. In case india address isthe , Passport / aadhar card lo address match avvala ?

Its doable, not a big deal, When you purchase the land, the "document writer" at "registrar office" will write the document (sale deed), He will give more clear details, You need to send the finger prints on a specific form like our friends said in previous comments and your Aadhar card. Witnesses need to be present during the registration. Witnesses should also bring their Aadhar cards. Good luck!
