You need to have a Filter vessel at home which is shown below.. Just put 2 spoons of coffee powder on upper part and put plunger and again 2 spoons of coffee powder slowly have to pour hot water (not boiling water remove water from stove just when bubble start coming) in it till brim and put 1/2 spoon sugar and close top lid. Leave it for some time (15-20 mins). Check the decoction will get dripped in to lower compartment, take little bit of it and make coffee as usual...Decoction quantity could vary based on how strong the coffee is needed for you... Rest of decoction you can store in fridge and use later or can be kept outside... Lots of videos of making it are also available online on youtube. Quote

You can use a steel filter we use in India. or a cloth like a hand kerchief etc. add hot water in cofee power. Leave it a side till it gets cooled down. Filter the liquid using a steel cofee filter or a hand kerchief cloth Quote
