Our next door neighbor dog tried to attack my wife at our front entrance 

It was captured in our security camera 

It is an aggressive dog and tried to attack us few times 

I was trying to talk to them but they are Avoiding 

 

What can we do

So they can train their dog or put it in leash

Put a note on their car/home saying you need to talk to them about their dog ..

Any one has experience dealing with the things 

put a note on their door and ask them come for a coffee / tea. say that you are afraid of dogs and already have some medical issues and ask them to help with restraining their dog.
