I also heard that govt is playing cunning 420 game that if they cancel CRDA bill, they are technically not responsible to pay koulu to farmers anymore... thats why they didnt pay that amount yet so far. Honestly why do you think YCP will develop amaravathi anymore , even if they revert three capital decision . They have absolutely no stake there . The land owners will never vote for them , they will just concentrate on freebies . Court cases is a boon for YCP , india lo litigations will take 30, 40 years in supreme court .
