Zero activity for body.. started walking form yesterday.. do not worry .. triglycerides come directly from food ... so cut down food intake .. especially fat rich foods like chicken, lamb, pizza, cheese ... cut down rice ... try quinoa .. its hard to eat quinoa ... so mix 1 cup quinoa with 1 cup rice and cook ... better use 'white quinoa' ... it easily mixes with rice ... it tastes the same as rice ... quinoa is a complete protein, being rich in fiber gives early satiety (so u will eat less). try to do 30 min brisk walk atleast 4 times a week ... if possible buy a tread mill, if got money get that nordic treadmill ... good luck ...
