Antey Hyderbad motham non local batch ee ani fix ayyava. Even non locals with parents already in Hyderabad won't move back work from home ina. Same with Pelli ayyi kids vunna vallu. 

you are wrong about rents not matching. IT Prime area lo apartment rents will almost match with villas in outskirts . Villas rents are less at least for now compared to its asset price

If companies start giving few days work from home in a week , Then that will reduce some demand for prime IT areas since people won't mind driving some distance for few days to come to work
