I think it depends on how much budget they have for that position. Not on how much you want (unless you're a top notch candidate). it can be the same salary, or a bit more. But thumbrule for salary quote when switching companies is +30% on base salary

Manager is saying I dont know the budget. its all decided by the Bsuiness HR. based on some algorithm. today I have a meeting with Manger and HR on the offer. the current offer is only 14% hike on my current salary. + bonus which every one gets. How can i increase the salary negotiations. I know other have way high package for the same role. Please advise.
