Agreed bro, those who sacrificed their land for the capital are in pain now. Who is responsible for that? I think more than half of that land was forcibly collected using laws and other means. Now how is jaggad responsible, if the previous CM wanted to build an imaginary capital which is not possible in reality, should the next CM be responsible for that.

There is nothing loss in having 3 capitals. But i strongly believe the motive behind this is something else. Amaravathi ela aithey insider trading jarigindo vijaz lo kooda same to same. Nenu vinadam aithey jagga & batch 2016-17 nunche start chesaru vizag side land konadam/kotteyyadam. Most of it happened before 2019 elections.

What is the use if Jaggad and co or even someone purchases land in Vizag or Kurnool? ippudu rea-lestate dramas namme situation lo majority public leru bro. Gone is the time someone can simply make a layout with imaginary IT park on the east side of the venture/layout,  Airport on the west, Metro station on the North, and Knowledge cum health city on the south and sell for huge premium and people just flock and buy

Vizag full fledge capital avuthey automatic gaa land rates peruguthayi kada organic gaa. And trust me even if tdp wins next time, it wont be able to move the capital. Ippudu antey amaravathi lo permanent buildings levu kanuka possible ayindi.
