Testing usually happens after infecting..and of course random.

Some people may be asymptomatic and testing may be ignored or delayed..

For example, if a person is tested positive, that itself means that he has been carrying the virus for at least two weeks and spreading all around in Ade if symptomatic and in case of a symptomatic, it may be happening for awhile..

How do they trace in such a case ? I think this is the issue and the reason behind such high numbers..
