commerical land residential land ani Edo promise chesaru kada old govt... new govt Dani gurunchi emanna rules/guidance publish chesara ?

I don't think anyone can save real estate investors but genuine farmers aithey , they can negotiate to get their land back and limit the scope of the city to few villages. 90% of government works happened in only 3 villages as of now ,  there aren't even pakka roads for rest of the villages.

Using original land records if they arnt destroyed , honestly in most villages everyone knows everyone's land details .

They just need to ask the original farmers who gave land to come forward , those who sold will not come but original owners will try to negotiate .

Polalu lekapoina , original land records must be kept , we don't know if they are destroyed or not.

Government can ask the original owners to bring their pre 2015 documents  and match them with pooling plot owners . 

Even in Telangana movement or hell even in Kashmir there has been negotiations between two parties , asalu emi jaruguthundhi ikkada
