They are govt servants.. they have to go wherever they are transferred.. they cannot complain.. secretariat lo work chesevallaku general ga transfers undavu.. but it is not a rule..

Majority of all govt employees get transferred every 3-4 years.. it is compulsory.. it is in their service rules that they have to go wherever they get transferred... if they change the office to a new location, they have to go to the new location.. secretariat employees ki matram okkate office kabatti transfers undavu.. that’s it..
