Neither. Seema people are more attached to Bangalore and Chennai since those are near to them. 

I know many from seema who hardly visited Hyderabad in their life time unless they have relatives or need state government work ( which majority don't need )

chennai near to me but still am attached to vizag or amaravathi its telugu city , chennai n bang do not speak my mother tongue
