Hyderabad ,Chennai , banglore have been in existence for hundreds of years , By that logic vizag is ideal as it has more GDP than vijaywada + Guntur combined .

Chandigarh would be ideal but it was built by union government of India on government land . Chandigarh is the best Indian city in most ascpects but economy is not one .

Vizag has more than double GDP of chandigarh and is expected to outgrown it due to being on coast .

Development tho link petadhu capital ni , there is no point in which amaravathi can score over vizag if you are talking about jobs and economy
