Hi brothers na h1 transfer applied on April 23rd regular process lo approval lte avthundi ani last week premium cheyincha ninna approve aindi kani transfer ki mundu naa h1 validity sep 2020 varaku unde...ippudu approval kuda same Ichadu sep 2020 varaku..attorney tho check chesthe na i140 approve kadu kabati Neeku inthavarake vachindi annadu..na i140 was approved in 2018 ...he missed to provide that to uscis ..ippudu appeal cheyocha uscis tho or it won’t work that way..iltanti situation evaraina face chesi ra ..plzz suggest thank you all

Was this extension + Transfer? Usually if extension falls in same year as transfer or amendment then only u will get 3 years else it will just carry forward your existing span on current H1

It won’t work. Time waste. Just ask to apply new one with approved i-140. 👍

And it’s your and your lawyer mistake not crosschecking final packet for entire documentation.

mundu Lawyer ni marchu kaka, antha dhed gadu ekkada dorikadu neku. Check list ani okati istharu first, they ask for details of your total stay on H1b and ask if you have your I140 approved. If you work in a big company inform the HR about the utter incompetence of the attorney. Seriously how dumb is this attorney. 

Also share the name of the attorney and firm. Inka ekkada evadu vadi deggariki vellakunda untaru.
