This is where society has to play major role... Actually local authorities should make housing society members responsible to control it with in the society which they are doing in containment zones.

Some housing members are following it strictly in hyd - but it's really tough to handle these. Every individual should be alert themselves and avoid coming out of home as much as possible atleast for a while.
