Morning --> idly/dosa/eggs ala .. lunch --> 2 chapati and more curry + 1 glass majjiga dinner --> 2 chapati and more curry 45 mins walk ( 5 days per week) 7 days iyndhi.. started.. weight loss kosam.. however future lo kuda elge continue chesta hopefully.. I know maida not good.. Gluten( bankka- not good ani) whole wheat chepati--> ok na? I am hearing mixed reviews on this.. personal ga chepathi thina valu chepandi. .any negative reviews on this..
