dosa lo millets vestunam le.. I know that.. only IDLY lo idly rava--> unable to replace it. .howevre idly thinedi oka 5 --> piccha lite calories ah idly so.. I am fine with it..

Portion control  and idli raava is the main culprit ..why don’t you try minnapa kudumullu ..just minappindi steam chestaru and no raava..

My uncle eats 12 idlis n 6 dosas tats his breakfast everyday

chicken breast is expensive kada, leg pieces cheap lo vasthai. Easy to marinate

Ragi Dosa try cheyi bro, Urad dal ni matrame kottu and once done, ragi flour vesi kalupu, it tastes really good with peanut chutney or pappula chutney

Modern day wheat that we consume doesn't have that fiber and complex carbs, and has plenty of gluten that can cause numerous other health complications including leaky gut  and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Rice is far better than that as it's gluten free. 

If you used wheat like Einkhorn wheat or Ezekiel bread etc, your point might be somewhat more valid. Wild rice has better fiber and complex carbs than wheat without any of the gluten crap
