Here both Company A and B are subsidiaries owned by another company.

My H1B and I-140 are under company A..

Now, wants to move my H1B to company B and leave i-140 under company A.

Future lo date current avute incase, I-485 apply cheyatanki, H1B and I-140 under same company vundala or can be on different entities ?
