instead of gol gol you can press it flat and bake them in oven.

Bake at 350 for 30 mins

Pre heat the Oven at 375  bake for 15-20 mins works for us, some ovens take less time and some take more, so keep checking until they are brown and flip around. Also brush some oil on them.
