question about H1B and social security tax..

is it possible to opt out of social security tax.. i pay a couple of hundred dollars as social security tax and i don't want to pay that because it's unlikely i will get GC in my lifetime...

You have to  leave US permanently to avoid that tax

You need 40 credits, which is 10 yrs of h1b to withdraw it

US lo 7 yr unakka koda neeku social security tax purpose and meaning teliyandante i feel pity about you

40 credits vaste it will be paid back to you even if you dont have GC, just maintain a US bank account, even indian account will work, every 2 yrs ki oka questionnaire pampaali.. there are ample threads explaining it on trackitt..one criteria is india has to be on the list of country allowed
