Frankly speaking...

Prakasham, Nellore districts ki vicinity lo Chennai l’anti big city vundi. Historical links kuda vunayi, business etc annitiki vallu Chennai ki baaga potaru, international travel kuda chennai easy

Anantapur, Kurnool,Kadapa, Chittor, vallu kuda pakka states ki ekuva potaru, Bangalore and Hyderabad ki accessibility ekuva...

Give or take, oka 40-50% of AP population ki easy access to existing mega cities and economic centers ki accessibility vundi...historical ties and familiarity, acceptance and language etc kuda favour a le ga vuntayi...

Do AP really need a mega metro city ? Uttar Andhra ki Vizag elago vundi...What is the need for another singapore in AP ?

AP was a gone case but thanks to Madras and Telangana.

But after bifurcation, I think I have to agree with you that AP has been always a gone case and CBN made sure AP stays like that for ever..
