Insurance is always to be safe with your finance. If you are confident that if anything bad happens you can bear it then go ahead with removing liability. You can't remove complete insurance as it's mandatory.

Some companies are returning a part of premium amount , Sate Farm returned some 15% premium to me ..check with your company..

Insurance is basically to save you from that one time where something happens , it is probably not a wise idea to reduce your coverages just because you are not driving much...anyway thats my thought , its your money so you got to make your own decision bro..

Don't mean to scare you . Maa friend oka Pinas edhava unnadu. Aadu kakruthi ki poyi only liability ki marchadu last year . Car gudhi MG poyadu.

Own ayina kooda think what happened with people covered with that insurance and driving. 
 

call your insurance itself and ask 

they will give the same suggestion but still a risk is a risk and you should not think this db would pay for your loss if you count on your decisions based on db advise
