Nenu gender based discrimination baga gamanincha . Papam aada ladies ni managers kavalane frustrate cheyadam Chusa, harassment kuda vinna ..  I never experienced myself . Chennai la Maa friend project lo only bapanese anta . Bapanese kakapothe aa project ki no entry anta .ee kama, kampu,teddy basis lo kuda discrimination untaya...

I posted a few days ago about this issue. I repeat here:

My team has 2 bapanese and 2 of my cassette people.  One bapnese always advises other bapanese about gayatri mantram , be good Brahmin and all that . One of my cassette guys  asked me to join our  cassette association . I outright rejected.  He also advised me to take care of my othercassette guy . I said he is as important as other person in the team . From then , no talking with me .
