Government should identify the original farmers lands which haven't changed hands at all. And compensate them at least according to land acquisition rules. So that they can afford buying farm lands at other places and do farming only thing they know for living. 

Others , they just played real estate bet. 

But this type of talks won't even come into negotiations since they have single demand of keeping amravati as capital.
