AndhraneedSCS Posted August 11, 2020 Report Posted August 11, 2020 Registration rates regular ga perigave kani , this time the difference between actual cost and registration value is very very close. Meaning, people can't invest black money to buy properties .. which is good for the economy. Now, we have to see how it impacts the registrations. May be there is not much of an advantage/incentive to invest in land as buying will cost more now 1 Quote

Good for economy and good for investors also, no need to convert hard earned white money to black money because of undervaluation of lands by government.. 1 Quote

Right now, may be to TG. Just saying. It is a good move if done across the country and not in one state. Same with Liquor prices and many other things. For White Money investors, they have spend more money to register a property and so that may be a disincentive to not invest in physical properties. May be these types of decisions may move some investments to stocks? Quote
