BCG has been roped in by many Indian governments tbf. They are one of the advisors to the Indian government for managing Covid 19 too. I cannot really comment on the speculation about his daughter. It is not uncommon to see the children of big wigs studying in good institutions (first daughter is at LSE I think) and working with big organizations. I don’t think money will be exchanged for something like that- mostly through recommendations.
