In such cases sons should also be allowed to claim a share in property given to daughter(on daughters name) as dowry. I foresee lot of legal battles in Indian courts in the future

Will is a different story. It all depends on the language you use in that will. On top of that if you’re able to prove that you took care of the parents in old age, court can’t deny that. Puttina prathi edava equal share holder aipodu, it depends on the primary duties you perform.

Ippudu oka 5 generations back people mee parents ni sue chesi maa ancestors ki equal rights ivvaledu ante .. emi cheyyali?

In short our Culture needs to change for betterment.

Unlike adopting pub culture and following bullshit practices of west, we should adopt the culture of treating all kids equally (bad or good) irrespective of gender.
