not really .. India lo malarial drug ni vichala vidi ga ichaaru in dharavi or to medical workers 

all i am trying to say is, once the drug identified is safe. it shall be given to many ..and amend those rules

If someone doesn't get the disease, can you tell it's because of the vaccine?Science doesn't work that way. Can people who get the vaccine go back to normal life without any repercussions? If they cannot get back to normal life soon, what is the point of spending billions on scaling up the mass production of the vaccine?

it is important to call out the efficacy and set the expectations right like keep social distancing, wear masks etc .. but dont take step back 

as it stand now, ppl are just roaming out like there is nothing.. so i feel even if the vaccine can be 30-40% effective, it is much better than, walking blind ..
