అమరావతి : ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వానికి హైకోర్టు మరో షాకిచ్చింది. 50 శాతం జీతాలు, పెన్షన్లు చెల్లించాలన్న ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వ జీవోలను రాష్ట్ర అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం కొట్టేసింది. మార్చి, ఏప్రిల్ నెలలో ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు, పెన్షనర్ల బకాయిలను 12 శాతం వడ్డీతో సహా చెల్లించాలని ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వానికి హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. కరోనా, ఆర్ధిక ఇబ్బందులు కారణంగా 50 శాతం మాత్రమే చెల్లింపులకు ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన జీవోలను హైకోర్టు కొట్టేసింది. విశాఖ రిటైర్డ్ జడ్జి కామేశ్వరి పిటిషన్‌పై మంగళవారం నాడు ఏపీ హైకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసిన విషయం విదితమే.

Problem endhi antae issue okkatae - 

AP lo street vendor/ fruit seller/ SEC - valla lawyers - Minimun 25 lakhs/ hearing vallu vuntaru. 

TG lo - street vendor/ fruit seller -  valla lawyers vundaru,  Govt lawyers expensive vuntaru elago in both states

As per SC,

Supreme Court has overturned an order by the Ministry Home Affairs which asked industries to pay full wages to their employees for the lockdown period. The apex court has ordered government not to take any coercive action against private companies unable to pay the full salaries to their workers.

The judgement came against a writ petition filed by Karnataka-based company Ficus Pax Private Limited, which had challenged the constitutional validity of a March 20 notification by the Labour Secretary and clause III of the March 29 notification by the Home Ministry
